Unlike most equipment sales companies we have personnel in China, we visit the manufacturers factories, and we meet personally with the owners of the factory, their technicians, and their management teams. We do all this because it is important to know the people you do business with.

We have managers that speak the manufacturers language, ie Japanese, Chinese, English and more.

We will also finance equipment in many circumstances to help you buy the quality equipment you deserve.

By way of example, selling mini-excavators is one of our key businesses. So we go through a process of double inspecting every excavator we buy. The inspections take place not only when the excavator arrives in America but also before the excavator is shipped from wherever it is manufactured. Once we receive excavators from our various suppliers they are gone over to detect any structural or mechanical issues.

As an example we often upgrade the batteries, the hose routing, the access to parts that may need frequent and easy maintenance access, and more. Our team even changes the oil in some of the machines, yes including some new machine, that we buy before we sell it to you. We do this to make certain the engine and component lives are extended versus being prematurely damaged by less they top grade oil and grease products.

Additionally we seek to obtain and provide you with manuals and in some instances warranty agreements.
