I usually don't write letters of recommendation; I feel that a person in a position should do the job he or she was hired for. However: there are exceptions to every rule. I went to the Pikeville dealership to look at an excavator { I had been to three others prior to this}. In all three cases I had took cash for down payment, however in this case I didn't, because I assumed that this was also a wasted trip just like the others. But I and my son {who is an excavator operator} were presently surprised. Barry met us and I gave him the parameters of what we wanted. He showed use the machines; he was very knowledgeable professional, courteous and answered all of our questions without handing us a preset sheet. We bought the machine and several pieces of attachments. During this process he was again very professional, and knowledgeable. After the sale we had some minor problems, and he took care of it immediately, no B.S. just got it done {How refreshing}. When asked about some options, he stated he didn't have them but would get them ordered. This man is an asset to your business. BY THE WAY I AND MY SON LOVE THE MACHINE!
